Brickmaking later also took place here between 1889 and 1912. This included drying sheds and a Hoffman kiln for burning the bricks and water powered mill for the treatment of the clay. Also visible is a lime kiln (left in front of large white building). Another slate tramway once terminated at the inner end of the harbour from the Abereiddi quarry.
