Sorting out piles of old papers, non of which were mining related, this had just accidentally ended up thrown in; my mate Geoff''s permit to extend the cable between transformer & gate end box (at Kellingley Colliery). Doesn''t appear it was ever ''officially'' rescinded however it probably doesn''t matter now - I suspect access may be difficult!
