Penrhyn Waterbalance remains in 1973

It's not obvious - the scaffolding pole barriers in the middle distance are round the open balance shaft. To the left of that are the slab walls which supported the headgear. The brownish thing behind the dark grey building are the remains of the second balance. The balances were called George and Douglas, after the galleries they served.
