The inclined railway constructed to haul coal from the mine to the top of the cliff. A narrow gauge railway then connected to the main line near Katoomba Station. Allegedly the steepest incline railway in the world at max. angle of 52°. Makes for an exciting ride. It is now referred to as the Scenic Railway.
