End of Archway on G

This is looking South from the "solid ground" into the Archway. On the immediate right is a half blocked level. This leads into Chamber A1 (no, don't ask!) In 1870 this was the site of an Incline from H floor up to G. At the same time as the arches were constructed a retaining wall was built in this chamber to the roof so as to keep it open and a zig-zag slab stairway made down the old incline bed from G to H.
