Showing the old Headstock under the new, This is a very rare picture, But when visiting the site an elderly Gentleman said the headgear went to Rookhope ? It is possible and Rookhope does have a vague similarity? However if The Gentleman was correct, it is more probable that it would have been modified? The date of the picture says 1935? which is roughly when the Mine closed? Though many of the buildings were just abandoned for many years.
