Calcined ironstone wagon

A wagon built by the North Eastern Railway specifically for carrying calcined ironstone from Rosedale. Seen here at Dock Point, Middlesbrough, about 1960. Still fitted with hanging buffers for working with black or ''chaldron'' wagons.
