The level runs almost in a dead straight line for almost 3000 feet to the twin shafts on the Victoria Vein. Shaft no. 1 is 336 feet deep, shaft no. 2 is 120 feet deep. It then used to go for a further 1300 feet to shaft no. 3 but is blocked by a fall close to the twin shafts.
