Wooden structure in stream bed

Wooden structure visible in the front of the photo. There is a flat bottom (possibly) wooden on the bed of the beck and one side of the wooden channel is visible. There are a number of these in the water course. There is also part of a wall on the left bank. The things on the right bank are beehives.
