Wheal Fenwick Cliff Path and Obliterated Adit

The adit of this mine lays behind an active cliff collapse. Presumably the ground is weakened here by the presence of many faults, some of them baring native copper as is the case throughout the massif of the lizard.
Pollurian cove is the boundary between the Killas rock of the district SE of Carnmenellis and the Serpentine (et al) of the Lizard.
