Valley Colliery/ Training Centre

Valley Colliery was converted into a Training Centre by the NCB, which closed in 1988. This former corn store became the Cannock Mining Museum, subsequently to be re-vamped as the Museum of Cannock Chase. The winding wheel is from Lea Hall Colliery, Rugeley.
