Tregurtha Downs Engine House

View from the north of the Engine House that contained an 80in pumping engine. This engine was later moved to Robinsons shaft at South Crofty where it remains preserved. The Engine House in now converted into a dwelling.

Am pretty sure that this engine house is the same design as the 100" engine house at East Wheal Rose lead mine (drottdriver)
