071 Worked Granite like this is much in evidence at Kilmar Tor, something not quite right with this block presumably? 80 men worked at Kilmar. An average of 2.500 tons of fine Granite was produced annually from the moorstone below Kilmar Tor 1859-63, increacing to 7.367 tons when Freemans took over in 1864. 18-05-13.
