Porters Shaft Wheal Exmouth. May 1980

Long before this engine house was turned into an up market residence it slowly attracted much under and over growth. When contractors had been give the job to demolish it, they failed to make much impression on it and it was left in a semi demolished state for years. Included in this were the window frames which can be seen here amidst the foliage
