Permit to Work

Sorting out piles of old papers, non of which were mining related, this had just accidentally ended up thrown in; my mate Geoff's permit to extend the cable between transformer & gate end box (at Kellingley Colliery). Doesn't appear it was ever 'officially' rescinded however it probably doesn't matter now - I suspect access may be difficult!
