Overview of the Merrivale Blowing House and Stamps

Note the context adjacent the river Walkham and the large, well preserved wheel pit adjacent the main precinct. The tail race of the blowing house wheel appears to run down to the plaza of the stamping mill; where it could've been directed over square wooden buddles for dressing tin.
