Mystery metalwork
Anyone know what these are the remains of? The hoop is cast iron with flanged base and integral 'horns' at the top. The two flat bars are about 2ft long with riveted-on curved ends which may once have been longer. Two large 2" diam pins are riveted onto the flat bar and are close together. The pins have always been short pins as shown.
