Large Waterwheel Pit (2018)

Large waterwheel pit, used for the 60ft waterwheel (replaced c1900 by a 56ft wheel by John Mills & C0 Llanidloes) for pumping at Engine shaft (in the background). In the 16 years since the last visit the wheel pit has been fenced off and is more overgrown.
