Inside road adit with cementation lines in place
Road adit was driven in the 1950's to access the Ballymurtagh shaft from the old processing works. The level was in danger of collapse and water could have backed up and affected the now closed land fill site. Thus works were undertaken in 2005 to stabilise the adit.
