inside looking down

With just enough room to get phone inside, amazed to find it was an airshaft, for some reason I thought it was the chimney on old pictures?. This Air shaft as listed on old maps may have been used as man riding shaft? certainly looks like some sort of iron girders for the cage landing? Or just support for pumping gear? The shaft is partly backfilled with what looks like rubbish.
It also has that distinctive foul air from mine workings, I'm unsure if this was originally the Venture pit? As I've been unable to find it on any maps, but the concrete stumps mentioned earlier are more inline with this shaft.
