Inscribed Plaque, Frue Vanner House

On the same wall of the Frue Vanner house as the doorway with dated arch (1900) is this plaque inscribed: FRUE. VANNER. HOUSE. 1901 C.R.BISHOP. MANAGER. The difference in date on the same wall is a little curious!
