G Floor Hub 24 N.O.V.

This was the "traffic centre" on G floor, from here levels led to the vertical balance shaft foot and beyond it to the North vein, levels went east and west and here too the draianage level began as well as the Archway level. The box suspended from the roof held electrical gear, as did the old sub-station in the background. This is the view looking west from the B series level.
