Fenced "Costean" Shaft, South Levant

Neither of these shallow pits would've ever constituted real shafts, but were driven to the base of the weathered rab topsoil to expose the lode outcrops beneath. The upper of the two goes into a short tunnel driven along this outcrop, which we can infer carried a poor assay.
