Cave on mineralised fault/lode on Portquin beach.
A large cave is developed on the mineralised structure on Portquin beach. At the very top of the back of this cave an adit follows a lode structure for some distance in the general direction of Gilson's Cove mine but does not connect with the two shafts.

Very interesting area! Apparently the shaft closest to the sea does drop in to the adit: https://www.aditnow.co.uk/community/viewtopic.aspx?p=192592#msg192620
