Britannia Works.

The buildings housed the Welsh Imperial School Slate factory. Power came from two water wheels with steam back-up. Slate and timber were brought in by sea and the finished product exported the same way, although in later years the product was taken to the railway at Llanfair PG.
Now a private residence.
