Acton Hall OCCS

This venerable old drag-line, by the time this photo was taken, had spent well over twenty years wandering around the area, opencasting parts of the Snydale village, Snydale Colliery area and had finally pitched up here; reclaiming Acton Hall's enormous slag heap.
