#5 Level Adit Moel Fferna Quarry

The Final "Quarry" was more of a mine that the traditional design. There were 7 levels each with an adit, all of which were imploded at closure (only the ventilation raise was left open- as several cavers have discovered. (How much photography has developed in the past 56 years). The wagon in the upper right seems "unique" perhaps a general purpose maintenance unit. The lower pictures are the ubiquitous metal tip truck (25" gauge) which appears on several underground pictures https://www.aditnow.co.uk/Album/Photographs-Of-Moel-Fferna_1468/
