The chimneys have been swept away along with some buildings The Upcast shaft (right) appears similar to the original one but is much taller but has tiny pulley wheels and has also received a new Winding House of corrugated construction (white building off centre to the right) just above it is the fan housing possibly Walker type next to the double buildings which housed the compressor/ workshops. Near the main entrance looks like the Pit Baths? Some housing has been cleared and also the roof of the Comrades club can be seen at the bottom.
