Selborne Sandstone Quarry (United Kingdom)

Underground building stone workings are known in the Selborne area. In the 1990s a housing development in the village centre discovered one of these. The galleries were partly unroofed and filled. The stone bed is in the Upper Greensand and has extensive parallels in East Surrey.
