Located on New Rake to the north of Moss Rake and recent quarry.
The mine is dated to at least 1740, when there are records of a mining dispute. The site includes surface workings along the rake, stopes, hillocks, coe, ruined belland wall, dressing floor, possible bouseteem and nearby buddle/storage dam.
