Morse's Level Coal Mine (United Kingdom)


To the nth side of the B4431 in the Forest of Dean. the mine consists of a single adit (date of driving??). During the mid 1990's the mine was being worked on an occasional basis but by 1999 was on care and maintenance with the adit portal being securely gated. The mine was visited in 2000 and there were no signs of use.
