Lost Lad Lead Mine (United Kingdom)

A small mine located on the west end of Eldon Hill to the south of the quarry. The workings are on a vein to the north of Wrangling Rake. The site sits within a rectangular belland yard, and includes a sleeper capped shaft in a coe, shallow opencut along the vein. A platform mound to the west of the shaft could be a gin, but it seems fairly small. Immediately to the south are some shallow hollows and hillocks of Cowheath Mine on Wrangling Rake. A mine road is meant to run alongside the wall running south.
