Kilburn Colliery Coal Mine (United Kingdom)

This colliery was latterly used for Manriding as part of the Denby Drury Lowe Colliery, the site is complete bar the winding house and headgear. The rest of the buildings are in use by the council which has fortunately maintained them in good repair. There are still tram lines, the fan house, baths, stores, magazine and offices to be seen. The site may be visited strictly by appointment.
