Harrow Hill Flint Mine (United Kingdom)


About 100 flint mines clustered in an arc around the NE side of the hill, partly surrounding and underlying a small iron age hillfort. Mines are about 6 metres in diameter and 3 metres deep. 4 seams worked. Radiocarbon dated to 2900BC
