Failand Ochre Working, near Bristol aka Clarken Combe Ochre Mines and Great Ochre Mine Clarken Combe.

These working are situated in Ashton Hill in the grounds of Long Ashton Golf Course. An important bat habituation site, closed in 1961 after a golfer went for a piss in the bushes and fell down a 20 m deep shaft and broke his leg.
