East Stanley (Jacky's) Coal Mine (United Kingdom)


The main shaft was sunk in 1863 to the Hutton seam. The royalty was originally owned by Charles Towneley but was aquired by James Joicey in the late 1860s. It was sold to the Derwent Coal Company in 1930 and abandoned in 1938.
