Camel Creek Gold Mine (Australia)

The Camel Creek group of workings were discovered in the 1980s and developed by Lynch Mining as a series of open cuts working auriferous quartz stibnite lodes in metasediments. The upper oxidised portions of the lodes were processed by heap leach methods. Adjacent small workings included Golden Cup and Red Gold. Workings commenced in the late 1980s and concluded around 1998.
