In.the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1862 and
1867, and in the Matter of the Bath Colliery
Company Limited. BY an Order made by the Vice-Chancellor
Sir Richard Malins in the above matters,
dated the 13th .day of July, 1877, on the petition
of Anne Arrowsmith Worsley, of the Warren,
Bodfari, in the county of Flint, Spinster, a creditor
of the above-named Company, it was ordered
that the said Bath Colliery Company Limited be
wound up by this Court under the provisions o;
the Companies Acts, 1862 and 1867.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 7
(3) of 43 Viet., ch. 19 (Companies Act, 1880), as
amended by section 26 (1) of 63 and 64 Viet.,
ch. 48 (Companies Act, 1900), that, at the expiration
of three months from the date hereof, the
names of the undermentioned Companies will,
unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck
off the Register, and the Companies will be dissolved
