Ballycorrus Lead Mine (Ireland)

Numerous lead trials were carried out in tha vacinity of Dublin. At Ballycorrus an unusual chimney stack stands on the summit of a hill just south of Dublin City. The stack was unusual because a set of spiral steps was incorporated into it's construction so it could be used as an observation tower.
