During the Xmas rush a copy of this book was delivered by a careless courier and has split the top inch of the spine otherwise the book is in tip top condition. The author has given me permission to sell it off cheaply (Unfortunately the customer didn't open the package until Xmas day and didn't report it to me until the new year . As that was over 14 days after delivery the company insurance no longer accepted responsibility and refused my claim, worth noting if you have stuff delivered by a courier check immediately otherwise t could cost you) The book is excellent and there is an index showing the counties and areas covered
