Just spotted the following in the latest round of surplus South West Water properties for sale, (Bradleys Auctions). Auctions tomorrow (30th Sept) & 19th October.

2.05a including "old mining engine house" at Toldish, Indian Queens. (30th Sept)

1.36a, Hallaze depot Penwithick, St Austell "a former Tin Mine Shaft and Adit". (19th October)

1300a at Mary Tavy including Gibbet Hill & Black Down (19th October)

Take the estimate and move the decimal point right.
